OK, this is the nightmare that just won't end. You may recall I had the buyer in Florida who claimed that item was not received seven days after I posted it. So Paypal froze my account for the amount of money involved ($154) I had sent the item via Registered Post, and it was shown to be delivered (on the USPS website) to the buyer soon after he lodged the claim.
