When you agree to buy the vehicle does ebay send you a message via your account ? Does ebay have a warehouse where they deliver the vehicle from ? Is the money safe in the account until you have inspected and agreed to buy the vehicle ? Is it normal procedure for the vehicle to be delivered to you 3 days after the transaction completed ? hey there im converting a 91/92 f250 ambulance back into a ute. problem is im having trouble finding a long wheel base tub in good condition. can any body point me i nthe right direction, even all the f truck wreckers say there hard to come buy, considering they were converted over here into ambulances, there should be paddocks and sheds full of these things. has anybody else done a conversion? thanks. He has returned email saying he has just moved to uk with his folks, but will get back to me about selling it without him being here. sends another email tonight saying he has had it organised through ebay motors whom I pay a deposit to - they ship the bike to me - I then pay for it if I like it - or he ships it back to where it came from (darwin) at his expense.... Okay, I paid cash upon pick-up for a bike that turned out to be not what the seller claimed. I tried re-negotiating with the seller to no avail....all he offered was some overvalued parts. I have also tried to leave negative feedback, but the system won't let me for some reason....I get to the last bit where it says continue but the button won't highlight. Recently, won a bid (25 bids on my tail) for a motor vehicle ($5500). Communicated with seller prior to sending money, for seller to make contact. Normal practice on high priced items. No communication and therefore no money sent, thank goodness. Tracked the rego (google) and found the same car for sale at a local car yard @ double the price. No..car was not for sale on eBay.
