I recently bought 4 of these touchscreen mp4 players and it didn't come with the software to convert videos to be able to play on it and it doesn't matter what software I try from searching on google I can't get the files right to play on the player. I received a Paypal payment and can tell that by on the Selling Manager says it is paid via Paypal, but has been 24 hours and I have not received an email into my Email Account. I have double checked and the funds are there in my Paypal Account, but confused as to why I am not receiving a confirmation email. I have posted the item once I confirmed that the money is in my Paypal account but was wondering ... Do I report it? Aren't they sending the email anymore? Thanks! (More)

I bought an item 22nd November. Had one email contact from seller and was arranging for collection or drop off of item. Since then all my emails to him have been returned as undeliverable. Got seller's contact details from Ebay but the contact phone number gives a recorded message "Optus advise that this number is disconnected".
