Hi I've got a listing that is not appearing correctly when searched. My item no. is 300362371695, when I do a search under "Nikon D300 body" with "price and postage lowest first" or "price and postage highest first", my listing which is cheaper than a lot of the other search items, but it still appears last and even when you search for the highest is still last in the search results. Hello, can anyone tell me if it is alright to change/edit the postage costs while an item is listed and being watched? I have just discovered that the postage I have been charging people does not include the price of the bag. (therefore, I have been buying the bubble bags and only charging the price of the actual postage) Is it too late now to change it? I have just had a lengthy discussion with Customer service about deleting incoming and sent messages thru 'my Ebay' and would you believe that they werent aware that incoming messages could be deleted and outgoing messages couldnt bedeleted and also are stuck in your inbox for 12 months. The old system sent messages were on the system for 1 month before being deleted automaticallyBUT now they are there for 12 months. I am having problems finding a reliable poster of my sold items. I have been using Austrlia post (the prepaid satchels) and I have had item after item go missing. To me this is unacceptable. Note to ALL sellers, please be extremely clear on the item page that you accept / dont accept certain payments, postage etc. I have just paid for an item using paypal as it was listed on the items as an accepted payment option and just received an email from seller advising that they do not accept paypal. Let's take LV as an example. Given the daily attempts by counterfeiters to list 'authentic' items I find it hard to believe that some VERO team actually pulls up each listing an reads it. What is most likely occurring is a search dump is made based on 'new items' with LV in the titles and 3/4 are simply pulled. In short...it stinks. Apology if someone can give me the actual figures.
