Hey, i have a car that id like to sell, its a 92 camry with a blown head gasket, it still has around 5 months of rego left on it, ive heard its illegal to sell a car without a rwc, however my question is because obviously my car is now only good for parts or for somebody to fix that head gasket, its not worth getting one, so am i allowed to sell the car? I sold a 1966 vespa to a guy on auction. Said clearly that the bike was in the garage and unridden for a year. He pays, comes over and gets it started on my driveway. I give him a reciept and he takes it away. Then few days later says he cant start it. Now says a magneto issue. Wants me to pay for half of the repair he's had done at a mechanics.
