Martial arts classes for children in Western Australia

I really want to start putting my children in martial arts classes(hubby prefers kung fu for some reason)
My daughter is turning 6 in feb and my son is 4 in dec(this year)
Can anyone suggest and good places south of the river as I'm not sure where to start looking. Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks :)

I dont know about kung fu, but there are karate classes all over metro area. If your interested, google GKR. They used to (and may still, I dont know) hold lessons at Armadale High School. They are very popular.

I think PCYC is a good place to start, J*oono will know of one her's were into it for a while. We are south of the river too. Armadale rec centre has a PCYC if that is close by?

The boys went to Tae Kwon Do - Oh Do Kwan in Maddington and we were very pleased with that place.

Their trainer there was Ross Hartnett. He was the head coach at the Sydney Olympics and I think he might be involved in the London Olympics too. It's been a few years since my boys gave it away.

They had been to another club for about six months before that, but I won't mention the name because I have nothing good to say about the place and I don't want to get sued.

It's just a dinghy little place, not flash at all, but the classes were great. Cheaper than the first club they went to as well. I often felt like joining in myself LOL.

I second the PCYC .....my daughter did gymnastics when she was younger ......was well run and safe and not too pricey ;)

My older children did Kung Fu.........we prefer Kung Fu to karate or Tae Kwon Do..........
