Guy's with the now congested combined boards I thought this thread may help some of the original RT posters, feel free to use this thread to contact ex-RT members, leave messages for them, any subjects comments from the now locked old site, really anyway this thread can help you......

PS: if it's going to work it will have to be bumped every day so RTer's know its here, hope this works for you....

Seaeagles, if that were the case wouldn't weird Al yankovich (?sp) have had his pants sued off several hundred times over??




As an aside, plagiarism of tunes seems to be the flavour of the month- someone is even suing over "the Kookaburra Song"

Hi Lane. It's freaky weather isn't it? I thought we were going to have a bit of a storm when I was driving home this afternoon, but only an hour later the sky is blue again.

Very humid.

I saw the most amazing thing when I was nearly home (in my street). Some kind of a turtle or tortoise was crossing the road in front of me. It was nearly black all over and had a very long neck. I have never seen a native turtle here before.
I tried looking on an Australian fauna website and it looked just like the Eastern Longneck Turtle.
If it was, it was a very long way from home!

Just checked it out - it does say other long-necked species occur in Western Australia though - so maybe it is not an import. Interesting though :)

Yes it was interesting. As I said, it was a first for me. Never seen one before in forty years here.

I waited until it was completely off the road, but it's school pickup time soon, so I hope it doesn't decided to cross back over.

The thought of being in an office is stultifying - cooped up is just how it feels :( I avoid offices these days :)
