Come along and chat with the eBay team about the recently intoduced changes on eBay.com.au including 'Best Match' and Store Packages & fees.

This workshop is essentially an online question and answer session held in real time allowing eBay members to seek further insight, information or clarity from eBay staff.

Hello donnashuggy,

Sorry I couldnt get to your question while the workshop was still on. I am not sure what glitches you are referring to. We have seen many store sellers posting on the boards that they are seeing a benefit due to these changes. If you are a Powerseller please take a look at this thread Link

If I've understood you correctly, the search method you've described is pretty unusual - and may not be the best indication of what buyers are actually seeing.

Most buyers wouldn't take this approach, and in fact it's worth bearing in mind that buyers take many different approaches to finding items on the site.

Hi folks,

Thanks for coming along tonight.

For those of you who haven't had a chance to check out the new online webcasts, I highly recommend you take the time to review them.

They were added on to the hub page three weeks ago based on well-received presentations about the changes at the PeSA summit in mid August.
